They come with the original box and all necessary documents (international warranty card), including the original band to activate the warranty. If you want active the varranty you can send us the watch and we take care of that, but you will need to pay the shipping and send the original band, watch and box. No, G-TUNE is an independent workshop offering luxury products and customizations. All watch customizations are commissioned by our clients and are exclusively for personal use. We do not manufacture watches, nor are we affiliated with the original watch manufacturer G-Shock. We buy the watches from the original casio g-shock website and then we customize with our braceltes and dials ring, sending the original braceltet and dial ring.
To try to use the warranty, you must open the watch and reinstall the original dial ring that comes with your order, with necessary tools. However, G-Shock may not accept the warranty claim if the watch has been opened. G-TUNE is not responsible for this situation!
