Do modified watches (Mod G-Shocks) have a warranty?

Yes! All G-TUNE Mod Watches retain the original international G-Shock warranty, which can be 2 or 3 years depending on the country. They come with the original box and all necessary documents (international warranty card), including the original band to activate the warranty. If you want active the varranty you can send us the watch and we take care of that, but you will need to pay the shipping and send the original band, watch and box. What is included in the purchase of a G-TUNE Mod Watch?

Each order of a Mod Watch includes:

  • The G-Shock Mod Watch
  • Original G-Shock bracelet or dial (according to customer choice)

  • Documentation for the warranty
  • G-TUNE Stickers and disassembly tools

Are the products original?

Yes! All the watches we modify are authentic Casio G-Shock models. We only perform customizations to offer a unique and exclusive design.

How can I track my order?

Is G-TUNE affiliated with Casio G-Shock?

No, G-TUNE is an independent workshop offering luxury products and customizations. All watch customizations are commissioned by our clients and are exclusively for personal use. We do not manufacture watches, nor are we affiliated with the original watch manufacturer G-Shock. We buy the watches from the original casio g-shock website and then we customize with our braceltes and dials ring, sending the original braceltet and dial ring.

Can G-Shock Mods with a different dial ring can be taken for warranty service?

To try to use the warranty, you must open the watch and reinstall the original dial ring that comes with your order, with necessary tools. However, G-Shock may not accept the warranty claim if the watch has been opened. G-TUNE is not responsible for this situation!
